The purpose of gathering is to: 1. Assist SHCUG members researching their family history or just commencing their research on how to: (a) Surf the various Family History web sites effectively. (b) Document research findings using a word processing programme or a Family History software package. 2. Share information, achievements and research tricks and tips. 3. Hear from the experts involved in researching the past. 4. Visit organizations, such as the National Archives in Canberra, NSW State Records at Kingswood, Family History Centre in Goulburn City Library and the Lands Department etc.   All members are most welcome Come when you can, leave when you must
