BULLETIN BOARD
| WORKSHOPS AND COURSES |
The previous management of workshops and course has been as follows:
· Conduct a course or workshop in response to enough members coming forward and indicating a specific topic or
· A tutor publicises a workshop or course and if the numbers are appropriate the event goes ahead.
Member’s responses have been poor for a number of years. SHCUG has implemented a change in how workshops and courses are generated.
Should a member be interested in a workshop or a course topic the member may indicate to the workshop co-ord (Jim) via e-mail, chairman1@internode.on.net
The members name and interest will be recorded on a database. If and when sufficient numbers are reached to warrant a workshop or course being conducted a tutor will be found whereupon the tutor will handle the remaining administration. If a member wishes to know what the status of an indicated interest is the member may inquire via e-mail to the above address.
It should be noted that scheduled Q & A and or Basics sessions are not affected and remain as is.
